Report Generation
All reports can be viewed online or printed to hard copy.

Gown Report – Tallies all gowns required by size (entered by student) and estimates total cost of gown for the ceremony based on custom entered cost per gown.

Attendance and Fees Paid Report – Generate reports showing which students are planning on attending and whether or not they have paid.

Eligibility Report – This report illustrates the students’ eligibility to attend the ceremony including OSS Literacy, Community Hours and Data Entry completion.

Diploma Name Change Report – Use this feature to determine who has requested a different name to be read during the ceremony and approve or deny the request.

Address Report – Use this report to send invitations or other ceremony related information to potential graduates.
- Grades Report – View graduate’s grades in a sortable table. This is useful for determining students who will be graduating with honours (Honours defining grade can be custom entered by administrator)
