Requirements
Required Hardware and Software
There are no special hardware or software requirements to use GradU-8! All that is needed is a PC connected to the internet running a standard browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox with FlashPlayer and JavaScript capabilities. If you are not quite sure what these are, don’t worry, they are most likely already installed on your computer as most websites have these same requirements.
Installation
With GradU-8, you will not need to install any software, we take care of it all. You simply navigate to your own personal website eg. yourschool.gradu-8.com, to access the software that will run your event.
Required Information
Setting up a GradU-8 website for your ceremony is easy. All that is required is a database that includes a list of the following:
- Student ID
- Student First Name
- Student Middle Name (optional)
- Student Last Name
- Gender
- Date of Birth
In addition to the required student details, you will need to provide specific details about your event:
- School Name
- School Address
- Contact Information
- Event Date
- Event Cost (If applicable)
